Mariposa Community Health Center would like to welcome all Carondelet Medical Group patients to Mariposa!
On November 30, 2020, Mariposa acquired (Nogales) Carondelet Medical Group located at 1209 W. Target Range Road to provide expanded access to care for the Nogales community. The practice was rebranded under the Mariposa name – Mariposa Nogales West.

7:00am – 5:00pm / Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm / Tuesday (2nd, 4th & 5th Tuesday – open at 7:00am)
Mariposa Community Health Center, Inc. receives Health and Human Services funding, and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
