The Mariposa Health Plan
The Mariposa Health Plan is a discount program designed to bridge the health care gap that exists for many Santa Cruz County residents who are uninsured and whose income falls below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Santa Cruz Health Connection
Santa Cruz Health Connection (SCHC) is another innovation of Mariposa Community Health Center that is designed to insure that access to hospital and specialty physician care is available to all those need it.  SCHC provides a comprehensive continuum of specialty and hospital care at deeply discounted rates.  The program is a premium based plan that is available for $40 a year to those who are uninsured and whose income falls between 100% - 250% of the federal poverty level.  For more information, please call 1-800-311-0627. 

Sharing the Care
Sharing the Care is sponsored by Pfizer Pharmaceutical and allows uninsured patients to purchase critical medications for a nominal co-pay. The Sharing the Care program now provides over $144,000 in pharmaceuticals.
